化膿鏈球菌(Streptococcus pyogenes)

簡介

   化膿鏈球菌(Streptococcus pyogenes)，鏈球菌科 (Streptococcaceae)，革蘭陽性鏈球菌、需氧、兼性厭氧，A群鏈球菌。

臨床相關

一、 人類重要病原菌易引起以下感染疾病：

1.淺表感染（superficial infections）：扁桃體炎、咽炎、皮膚和軟組織感染等；

2.毒素介導性疾病（toxin-mediated diseases）：毒素休克綜合征(STSS)、猩紅熱（scarlet fever)等；

3.免疫介導性疾?。?immune-mediated diseases）：風濕熱、風濕性心臟病、腎小球腎炎等；

4.侵襲性感染：菌血癥、肺炎、膿胸、壞死性筋膜炎（necrotizing fasciitis）、腦膜炎、腹膜炎等。

二、預防

1. 重視個人衛生：勤洗手，避免與呼吸道感染患者密切接觸。

2. 及時就醫：如果出現劇烈咽喉痛、高燒、快速擴散的皮膚紅腫疼痛等癥狀，應立即就醫。

3. 規范治療：一旦確診為GAS感染（如鏈球菌性咽炎），必須足量、足療程使用抗生素（如青霉素）。這不僅能治療當前感染，更重要的是預防急性風濕熱等嚴重并發癥的發生。

4. 傷口護理：保持傷口清潔，防止細菌通過皮膚破損處入侵。

       總而言之，化膿鏈球菌是一個“熟悉的陌生人”，我們對它的常見感染形式可能很熟悉，但必須對其潛在的、毀滅性的危害保持高度警惕。
